Commissions Terms of Service

What can I draw?

✓ Humanoids + Furries✘ Mecha
✓ Fanart + OCs✘ "Hard" NSFW
✓ Ships✘ "Problematic" Content*
✓ "Soft" NSFW 

*Anything that promotes and spreads hatred. Limited but not included to: racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, and general bigotry. I also will not draw anything related to political statements.

Commission TOS

You can:
>Reupload commissions with credit to me
>Use my artwork as icons/headers as long as there is credit to me
>Use commissioned work in personal projects with proper credit to me
>Print out my work and display it/gift it in a private setting

You cannot:
>Edit my commissions without my permission
>Resell the commission
>Claim my art as your own
>Use my art to train AI
>Use my art in any way related to cryptocurrency or NFTs
>Use my art/other people's commissions of my art as icons or headers when specifically requested not to
>Use my work in commercial gains

Preferred methods of contact are through Twitter and Discord DM's! Thank you :)

All Payments are preferred through Paypal. All prices are in USD.

The Process

>Once contacted, we will discuss what kind of commission you would like and the pricing details.
>>Depending on the price of the commission, I will ask for half of the payment upfront after tumbnails are made.

>I will typically send 1-2 thumbnail sketches depending on complexity for approval before beginning the sketching progress. If the commission is cancelled at this point, a full refund may be given.

>For more complex pieces, I will provide a progress shot after lineart+flat colors, and then a final after shading. After lineart is completed, only minor changes to the work can be requested. Minor color corrections can be requested preferably when shown flat colors.

>Refunds can be given in full up until the thumbnails are made. After that, I can only refund half back. I will not accept refunds for fully-completed works.
